unit 10

From unit 3 till now my ratings have remained the same. This is only because in my eyes it is still a work in progress. I feel that I have implemented goals for myself such as meal planning, preparations, qigong and yoga, meditation, and adding the mental workout practices but I am still getting used to making this part of my every day routine. I have made progress towards my goals but all in all I still am having troubles keeping a regular routine of them or managing my time better to incorporate them.

I have implemented goals for myself in all three areas, but again it is still a work in progress getting a firm grasp on certain exercises or practices. I feel my over all health and wellness is on an upward shift instead of staying the same or possibly getting worse. I feel now that I have more knowledge about how to change my health and wellness for the better and have better tools to help me do that. I also feel that I now have answered all of my lingering questions about human flourishing and that anything is possible if I can put my mind to it. What is difficult is making the time to incorporate these goals into my life. I also feel that I am better able to help understand what people are truly searching for when they seek out the help of a health and wellness professional.
